What We Do Not Do

At this stage, KeySwapGarage does not:

Facilitate or participate in transactions
Handle payments or escrow services
Verify vehicle condition, ownership, or value
Guarantee the accuracy of listings
Act as a broker, dealer, or intermediary

All decisions and agreements are made directly between the parties involved.

Recommended Trade Practices

Vehicle trades require careful evaluation. We recommend the following steps before proceeding:

Confirm identity of the other party
Verify ownership and title status
Inspect the vehicle in person, or use a trusted third-party inspection
Discuss and agree on terms clearly, including any cash differences
Document the agreement in writing
Complete title transfer properly according to your state requirements

User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for:

Evaluating vehicle condition and value
Ensuring proper documentation and title transfer
Deciding whether a trade is appropriate

Not every trade will be a fit—and that’s expected. The goal is to identify opportunities where both parties are aligned.
